What is the B-System Identity Management System?

The B-System Identity Management System (IMS) is the first Application Service Providing (ASP) technology solutions that offers a more effective and secure method to issue and protect the national use of the federal social security number (SSN).   Unlike the current identity theft protection entities that work as non-government, third party security service providers, the bSecurity IMS will be licensed to a delivery partner, which will then have to be licensed to a government subsidized corporation.  

The federal government issues every American a SSN at birth so that he or she can receive their social security benefits.  This critically important nine-digit number is the key to everyone’s identity, and tied to nearly every personal and in some cases, business transaction. In fact, every American expects the federal government to have the IT capability to make sure the social security number is protected, and that the government can easily provide replacement cards and/or numbers.  Due to the heightened concerns about identity theft, more Americans are paying private companies to protect their government-issued social security numbers.

The best and most feasible approach to protect Americans from any identity theft has to involve the initial issuer of social security numbers-the government. Without violating any American’s civil liberty, the B-System Identity Management System is the discovered intellectual property that will identify each individual U.S. citizen-upon initial entry into the B-System data base and prior to providing verifications to and from paying government and commercial subscribers.
